✨ Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We’ll keep you updated via email if there are any significant delays.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

❗ Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
